Alexander Pyatigorskiy, director of digital communications with customers in company VimpelCom will speak at SNCE Conference. Alexander has been creating company culture based on new client-oriented strategy statement - "Simple. Convenient. At SNCE conference to be held March 27-28 in ECC "Sokolniki" Alexander will report on "Communications in real time mode as a tool to enhance customer loyalty".

Pyatigorskiy Alexander has been working in such giant companies as Yandex and MTS. Prior to joining VimpelCom, he held the position of Director of MTS retail network; earlier he led the development of several large-scale social media projects in Yandex.

Prior to joining Yandex he led launches of several Internet startups and provided overall guidance.
